During 2010 Q1tum was approached by a major construction group based in the North East of England. The challenge was to develop and ultimately deliver, a series of  one day programmes for the entire workforce that would challenge their views on customer diversity, company image and encourage them to contribute to the firms culture in a positive way.

Over 20 sessions were delivered over an 18 month period with great success.
