Powerful Presentations

Good presentation skills win and keep business. However, the fact remains that many presentations can create the opposite effect to that intended. This highly informative seminar looks at the pitfalls of such a presentation. Whether it is a sales pitch for new business or addressing a large group of people, ground rules still apply. This interactive workshop covers everything from preparation to delivery and everything else in between.

Course Objectives

To consider methods for establishing confidence and reassurance in yourself as a presenter.

To identify the primary reason for carrying out a presentation in the first place.

To distinguish between; lecturing, tutoring, teaching and demonstrating.

To select the most appropriate visual aid for supporting the presentation and how to use them effectively.

To formulate a fail safe method for making a presentation at ‘the drop of hat’ (have cue cards will travel)
